Standard Services

Standard Services provides services to review Factory Built housing plans. You the factory submit your designs to us, and a professional plan reviewer will be allocated to review and provide any necessary feedback for Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing, to ensure that the plans completely conform to the relevant Building Codes.

Once any necessary changes are made, Standard Services will approve the plans and submit them to the relevant Authority Having Jurisdiction.Standard Services can provide services for multiple different models that you wish to build.

Standard Services can provide inspection resources to inspect the factory build components, to ensure compliance with the plans and the Code.

We can provide recommendations for changes, and whether those are mandatory. SS has a quality management system, recording the results of the quality assurance visits, with photos, as necessary.

Standard Services, dependent on Authority Having Jurisdiction, provides the quality reports to the Authority Having Jurisdiction.

The level of quality inspection is generally higher at the beginning of the production of a particular model of building, and can be reduced if/as appropriate as more models are produced.

Organization study - Standard Services starts with visiting your factory, observing, interviewing representatives of the company, and listening.

Proposed objectives - SS will construct a set of objectives for the quality management system, or an enhanced quality management system, and engage with senior management, and such people in the company as the company directs, and reach an agreement on which and what objectives are principal to the Quality Management System

Detail – Standard Services will derive a list of actions to meet the objectives, both at high and detailed level

Implementation – SS will work with your factory to assist to implement the actions that will increase quality of the manufacturing process. SS will report and document the quality initiatives, and work on specific initiatives as you believe appropriate.

Standard Services offers these services if there is no conflict of interest with the activity of Plan Review, Quality Assurance, and certification on behalf of Authorities Having Jurisdiction
